心房颤动动物模型建立的研究进展

摘要 心房颤动是临床上最为常见的心律失常。近年来,在揭示其发生机制、动物模型的建立及治疗措施等方面有许多新进展。现对心房颤动动物模型建立的方法进行综述。 Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia in clinical cardiac diseases. In late years,great progress happened in the mechanism,the animal model and the therapy of the atrial fibrillation. This is a review about the animal model of the atrial fibrillation.
