摘要
本文综述丛枝菌根真菌在离体条件下的生长发育、生长促进物质及生理生化代谢等方面的研究概况。
The survey on in vitro culture of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, including the growth and development of AMF, material that stimulate spore germination and hyphal growth of AMF and its physiological-biochemical metabolism, are reviewed in this paper.
