摘要
目的:研究自发性高血压大鼠不同血管平滑肌钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)的活性与心肌ATP酶活性变化。方法:应用酶活性测定12周自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和Wistar大鼠的胸主动脉(A)、肠系膜动脉(MA)、尾动脉(CA)血管平滑肌CaN及其心肌Na+-K+-ATPase的活性。结果:SHR大鼠不同血管CaN的活性与对照组相应的变化无显著差异,而其在CA中的活性明显低于在A的活性,在阻力血管MA中活性却无明显降低;Na+-K+-ATPase的活性与其对照组相应的变化有显著差异(P<0·01);SHR大鼠血压和左心室肥厚指数增加(P<0·05)。结论:SHR大鼠血压和左心室肥厚指数增加,SHR大鼠血压与其对照组相比不同血管平滑肌CaN的活性变化无显著差异,Na+-K+-ATPase的活性发生下降。
Objective:To study the active change of Ca^2+/CAM-Protein phosphatase(CaN) in different artery smooth muscle cell and the activity of Na^+- K^+ - ATPase in myoeardie with Spontaneous Hypertension. Methods: By the enzymologic measuring method we compared the change of the CaN and Na^+ - K^+ - ATPase from wister rats and SHR. Results: There are not significant differences between the SHR group and the wister group in the activities of CaN in different artery smooth muscle cell , but the activities of CaN in CA decreased significantly,and the activities of CaN in MA didn't change; the activities of Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase myocardia for SHR was decreased(P〈0.01) and LVH/BP for SHR were increased as well (P〈0.05). Conclusion: There are not significant differences between the SHR group and the wister group in the activity of CaN in different artery smooth muscle cell and Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase in myocardia with Spontaneous Hypertension were decreased and LVH/BP for SHR were increased.
