摘要
目的检测严重生精功能障碍患者外周血染色体,为拟行ICSI技术助孕的患者提供遗传咨询。方法按常规方法进行外周血淋巴细胞培养、染色体制备、核型分析。结果61例无精子症患者中有22例染色体核型异常,异常率36.1%;36例严重少精子症患者中有1例染色体异常,异常率2.78%,根据染色体结果及生精功能障碍程度选择不同的诊治方案。结论(1)染色体异常是导致男性生精功能障碍的重要原因之一;(2)ICSI助孕前,夫妇双方须行遗传学检查以避免遗传缺陷后代的出生。
Objective Analyzing chromosomes from peripheral white blood cells before ICSI to provide genetic counseling to patients suffering from severe spermatogenesis failure. Methods Chromosomes were prepared and analyzed from cultured peripheral lymphocytes from 97 patients. ResuIts Among 61 cases with azoospermia, abnormalities in chromosomal structure and number were found in 22 cases (36.1%), while among 36 cases severe oligozoospermia, abnormalities were found in only one case (2.78%). Individual treatment protocol was designed according to the result of chromosome analysis and the degree of spermatogenesis failure. ConcIusion (1) Chromosomal abnormality is an important factor that could lead to male spermatogenesis failure; (2) Cytogenetic analysis and counseling before ICSI may reduce genetic defective child's birth.
