摘要
观察不同栽培条件下油菜的腋芽分化特性和不同部位叶片对分枝形成的影响,结果表明:(1)主茎各腋芽由下而上依次分化,主茎腋芽分化数与叶片分化数的关系式为Y=a+bX。(2)同一节位,腋芽分化的叶片越多越易成为有效分枝;节位越低成为有效分枝所需的叶片数越多.(3)主茎上部每下降一个节位分化叶片数只增加0.69叶,越往下的腋芽越难成为有效分枝。(4)主茎上短柄叶的生长状况与分枝形成的关系最密切。(5)密度通过短柄叶、播期通过腋芽分化影响分枝形成,施肥通过上述两条途径影响分枝形成。
Abstract The characteristics of the axillary bud differentiation of rape under different cultivated conditions were observed and the infiuences of leaves in different parts of main stem on primary branch formation were also analysed in this study. Results showed as follow: 1. All of axillary buds in main stenl differentiated successively from bottom to top. The relationships between the number of axillary buds and leaves differentiated in the main stem were Y= 4. 1 + 0. 89X in middle below part of the plant and Y = 6+X in the upper part respctively. 2. The more leaves differentiated in axillary bud at the same node, the easier for the bud to develop into an effective branch, meanwhile, more leaves differentiated were needed fur axillary bud to become an effective branch in lower node. 3. As node order lowering,the number of leaves differentiated in axillary bud in upper parts of main stem increased with a rate of 0. 69 leaves. As a result. the lower axillary bud situated the more difficult for the bud to become an effective branch. 4. The formation of branches was most closely related to the growth state of the short stalk leaves in main stem.5. Density could influence the growth of short stalk leaves and sowing date had an effect on the differentiation and development of axillary buds, while fertilizer application influenced branches formation simultaneously in the two ways mentioned above.
