摘要
为了解决现代开关电源发展中高频化和开关器件硬开关功耗之间的矛盾,对一种双管正激变换器通过谐振电路实现了无源无损软开关,着重分析了谐振电路中的谐振电感和谐振电容的参数设计.实验结果证明,该设计可实现缓关断,得到了软关断的效果.
In order to solve the conflict between high frequency trend and the hard switching power loss, for a dual forward converter the passive and lossless snubber soft-switching was achieved by using resonance circuit. Parameter design of resonance inductance and resonance capacitance was analyzed. The results of experiment prove the feasibility of the proposed snubber switching-off technique, which get function of soft turn-off.
