摘要
目的通过动物实验,观察小儿敷贴粉对哮喘大鼠气道的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、中药A组(小儿敷贴粉外敷,日1次)、中药B组(小儿敷贴粉外敷,隔日1次)、西药组(灌胃地塞米松)、中西结合组(小儿敷贴粉、地塞米松),除正常组外,其余各组均采用卵蛋白致成哮喘大鼠模型。经用药物后,观察各组肺组织病理切片情况,各组大鼠气道管壁厚度和面积的变化,以及各组大鼠气道平滑肌厚度和面积的变化。结果肺组织病理观察提示,小儿敷贴粉可以减少支气管黏膜脱落、炎细胞浸润,减轻肺组织小灶性炎症变化;大鼠气道管壁厚度和面积均较模型组明显改善,各药物组大鼠气道平滑肌厚度和面积均较模型组明显改善。结论小儿敷贴粉可明显降低哮喘大鼠肺部炎性细胞的浸润。
Objective To observe the effect of “Sticking Powder” on airway of asthma rat and investigate its possible mechanism. Methods The SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group, herbal group A (administered with “Sticking Powder” once a day), herbal group B( administered with '“Sticking Powder” once two days) , western medicine group ( perfused with dexamethasone), combined treatment group ( treated with “Sticking Powder” and dexamethasoMe). All groups were made by ovalbumin except for normal group. At the end of treatment, observe pathological sections of lung structure, compare the changes in the thickness and area of the airway wall and smooth muscle among the six groups. Results Pathological sections of lung structure showed that, by the treatment of “Sticking Powder”, shedding of bronchus mucous membrane, inflammatory infiltration and focal inflammation of lung structure were all relieved, the thickness and area of both the airway wall and the smooth muscle were obviously reduced in medicine-treated groups. Conclusion “Sticking Powder” can significantly reduce the inflammatory infiltration of the asthma rats.
