摘要
独立学院作为一种新的办学模式,在现阶段的我国有广阔的发展空间。本文介绍了独立学院的举办形式及其发展环境,分析了公办大学创办独立学院对自身发展的意义、产生的多重效益、现实可能性及其可能面临的种种风险等,认为必须高度重视,并在法律和监管两个层面采取防范措施。
Independent colleges as a new form of education has a bright future for development in China. This article discusses the forms of independent colleges and their external environment, the significance, possible benefits and risks of the establishment of independent colleges by public universities, and the necessity for taking effective legal and supervisory measures to minimize the risks.
