摘要
西藏自治区水能资源丰富,但目前的开发利用程度很低。应抓住西部大开发的机遇,大力开发西藏水能资源,实现藏电外送。这不仅可为全国一次能源平衡和资源优化配置作贡献,而且可以促进西藏自治区的经济社会加快发展。
Although Tibet is rich in hydropower resources, the resources were rarely developed and utilized. We should grasp the chance of the Western Development Plan to develop the hydropower resources in Tibet and realize the power transmission from Tibet to outside. This can not only contribute to the energy balance and optimal distribution of resources in our country, but also accelerate the Tibetan economic and social development.
