摘要
项目需求分析不明确是目前造成项目失败的主要原因。针对这一问题,由需求调研过程中存在的问题入手,提出了客户需求识别的4个步骤。从明确需求的角度分析了项目经理执行项目开始的阶段,并提出了一种解决销售人员与项目经理之间矛盾的加权模型。
Nowadays most project failures are due to indistinct project requirements. In this paper, we show problems in progress of the requirement investigation. By analyzing these problems, we give four steps to distinguish customer requirements. As viewed from the requirement distinguish, we analyze the starting phase at which a project manager should intervene in a project. A ratio model is suggested to solve conflicts between sales and project managers.
