摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)为主体,聚丙烯接枝丙烯酸(AA)共聚物(PPgAA),以乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)为改性剂,利用机械共混法制备亲水性聚丙烯。结果表明m(PP)/m(PPgAA)/m(EAA)=70/15/15时,水接触角为82.9°,比纯PP下降了近10°。PPgAA的加入能有效地改善PP与EAA的相容性,从而改善体系的亲水性。试验表明PP/PPgAA/EAA三元共混过程中没有发生化学反应;当m(PP)/m(EAA)=70/30时,共混物中随着体系中EAA逐渐被PPgAA所取代(PPgAA添加量从5%增加到30%),亲水改性PP的热稳定性能较PP略有提高。
Ternary blends of polypropylene, polypropylene grafted acrylic acid copolymer (PP - g - AA) and ethylene - acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) were prepared by melt blending. The results showed that the contact angle of water of PP/PP - g - AA/EAA blend 70/15/15 (mass ratio) was 82.9°, while that of original PP was 92.3°. It was indicated that the addition of PP - g - AA to the PP/EAA system could minimize interfacial tension and improve adhesion between the two immiscible phases, thus improving the hydrophilic charactersitics of the blend. No extraordinary peak was shown in FTIR spectra of PP/PP - g - AA/EAA blends. The crystallization onset temperature and peak temperature of PP part (Tc^on pp and Tc^p pp) in PP/EAA 70/30 blend increased with the increase of PP - g - AA content and the decrease of EAA content. The results of thermal analysis also showed that the optimal mass ratio was PP/PP -g - AA/EAA= 70/15/15, while its thermal stability was improved.
