摘要
植株金属元素含量是农田环境质量评价中的必检项目.微波消解ICP-AES法测定植株金属元素含量具有分析速度快,线性范围宽等优点.研究了微波消解ICP-AES法测定植株样品中包括K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Al、Cd、Cr、Mo、P、Pb、S、Si等15种元素的检测条件和检测限以及测定中的不定误差,为植株样品中金属元素含量的ICP检测提供了理论依据.
The mass and trace metal element contents in the plant had to be measured in grade estimation of farm enviroment. Microwave digestion and ICP-AES were dsed to analyze the heavy meatl elements in the plant. The method had many advantages such as high analytical speed and broad linear range etc. The detection limit of fifteen masss and trace meatal elements inclading K, Ca, Mg,Cu,Zn, Fe, Mn, Al, Cd, Cr, Mo, P, Pb, S, and, Si in the plant and the uncertain error estimation during the measuring were studided by using microwave digestion and ICP-AES. Which supplide the theoretical foundation for the measure determination of metal elements in many plant samples.
