摘要
大学校长是影响大学发展的重要方面之一,按照其角色和职能变化,大学校长可分为学者型、行政领导型、家长型和经营管理型四种类型。从发展趋势来看,大学校长适应新的变化,“经营管理型”校长将成为校长中的主流,他的角色和职责将具有鲜明的时代特征。
The University President is one of the important factors that influence University development. According to the role and function change, University Presidents can be divided into four types：scholar, administrative leader, Patriarch and manager. From developing tenderdy point of view,University President should meet the new change. The President of the type of management and administration will be the main current ,their roles and function will have erident features of times.
