S Main progress in one challenging subject of nonlinear science control and synchronization in nonlinear systems are reviewed systematically. The whole review is divided into two papers.The second one consists of three parts:chaotic、hyperchaotic synchronization and control and their potential applications are discussed extensively. Typical kinds of synchronization of chaos/hyperchaos are described in detail. They include the following methods:drive response relationship、drive feedback、variable feedback、multiple coupling、occational proportional feedback technique、adaptive control、active passive decomposition and noise induce and so on. Main tend for development of chaos/hyperchaos control and synchronization is poined out.
