酿酒山葡萄引种试验

摘要 1999~2004年,在通榆县进行的引种8个山葡萄种内和种间杂交品种的试验结果表明:在该地区生产栽培的山葡萄,由于生长季节降雨少、不用喷布农药防治病害、果实成熟季节光照充足、昼夜温差大,果实含糖量高、总酸低,可酿造优质'绿色山葡萄酒'.筛选出适于当地气候和土壤条件、抗寒、产量高的可酿造干红葡萄酒的左优红、加工果汁饮料的哈桑,用于调色和调酸的双优和双红为当地主栽和推广品种. Eight varieties of Vitis Amurensis Rupr. (V. T. R) of intraspecific hybridization and interspecific hybridization were introduced into Torgyu from 1999 - 2004. the results showed that fruit of varieties of V. T. R planted in this region was not pesticide to prevent diseases had high sugar and low total acid to be brewed high quality "green wine of V. T. R" for it had little rain, abundant sunlight during fruit mature priod and great range of temperature. Some which suited the temperature and soil condition to be the main varieties were selected from those varieties with cold - resistance and high yielding; "Zuo Youhong" was for dryred wine, "Hsang" was for fruit juice and "ShuangYou" and "ShuangHong" were for justing color and acidity.
