摘要
目的探讨应用电子鼻咽喉镜检查对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征上呼吸道狭窄定位诊断中的价值。方法采用电子鼻咽喉镜下Muller's动作观察,观察喉咽各壁向中线的塌陷程度,判断阻塞平面及多平面阻塞出现的频率。结果61例OSAS患者中,软腭平面狭窄、舌根平面不狭窄19例,占31%;软腭及舌根平面均狭窄者42例,占69%。结论大部分OSAS患者上呼吸道存在多部位的解剖性狭窄。提示通过电子鼻咽喉镜进行Muller's动作观察,观察咽喉腔阻塞或狭窄水平,可作为临床选择UPPP适应证,提高UPPP疗效的有效方法。
[Objective] To investigate the value of video laryngoscope in diagnosis of upper airway stricture in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. [Methods] The upper airway (UA) of 61 OSAS patients were examined by video laryngoscope with the Muller's maneuver. [Results] There were 19 patients with OSAS whose pharyngeal collapses were in the soft palate level, and 42 patients in the level of the palate and tonguebase obstruction all present. [Conclusions] Most patients of OSAS have several anatomic stricture of upper airway. The results reveal that video laryngoscope is a useful method in selection for UPPP candidates.
