三光气法超高分子量聚碳酸酯的结构与性能表征 被引量:4

THE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE ULTRA HIGH MOLECULAR-WEIGHT POLYCARBONATE WITH TRIPHOSGENE

摘要 利用三光气与双酚A采用常规界面缩聚方法制备出超高分子量线形聚碳酸酯,并用GPC、FT-IR、DSC、TGA等对其主要理化性能进行了表征。结果表明,(1)该方法制备的双酚A型超高分子量线形聚碳酸酯重均分子量M-w=172,800,分子量分布指数Pd=1.413,在氮气氛围中起始分解温度468℃,在空气氛围中,加入0.5份Igofos168抗氧剂起始分解温度即达到467℃,热稳定性较好,便于成型加工;(2)不同的后处理方法得到的样品其DSC曲线有较大差别:采用甲醇快速沉淀得到的样品看不到明显玻璃化转变,且之后出现熔融峰,而用丙酮缓慢沉淀得到的则相反。 A new synthesis method of polycarbonate with triphosgene was introduced in this paper, and the ultra high molecular-weight polycarbonate was obtained. The product was characterized by GPC, TGA, DSC and FT-IR. The results of GPC show that M^-W is 172,800 and Pd is 1. 413. The TGA curves show that the decomposition temperature in the nitrogen is 468℃ and it is 467℃ in the air (with 0. 5% Igofos 168) . The DSC curves of samples disposed by various rear disposal methods are different. The sample disposed by methanol has no Tg and has melting apex, while, it has Tg and has no melting apex by acetone.
