有机纳米稀土光能转换剂与PE相容性及流变性的研究

摘要 利用透射电镜和扫描电镜对以2,2-二羟甲基丙酸等为配体制备的有机纳米稀土光能转换剂的形态、粒径以及分散情况进行了分析。通过对有机纳米稀土光能转换剂与PE共混体系的剪切应力、剪切速率、表观粘度、非牛顿指数、粘流活化能之间关系的分析,对共混体系的流变性能进行了研究。结果表明:制备的有机纳米稀土光能转换剂均匀分布在PE中,其粒径为100nm-150nm。随着有机纳米稀土光能转换剂含量的增加,其PE共混体系的表观粘度,粘流活化能均有所下降,且其流动性得到改善。 Morphology appearance, particle size, dispersion and compatibility property of the organic nano light conversion agents (ONLCA) of rare earth prepared with 2,2-Dihydroxymethyl Propionic Acid were observed by means of TEM and SEM. The rheological behavior of the PE/ONLCA blend system was studied through analyzing the relationships between ONLCA of rare earth and the shear stress, shear rate, apparent viscosity, non-Newtonian flow index and viscous flow activation energy of PE blend system. The results indicated that the ONLCA disperses uniformly in the PE as its particle size is 100~ 150nm. Furthermore, the apparent viscosity and viscous flow activation energy of the PE blend system are decreased with increasing the content of ONLCA and the rheological behavior is improved.
