摘要
目的:观察火把花根片和厄贝沙坦联合治疗对IgA肾病不良预后因素的作用。方法:IgA肾病患者62例,随机分为2组。对照组30例,给予火把花根片治疗,5片/次,3次/d;治疗组32例,在给予对照组同样治疗的基础上加用厄贝沙坦,150-300mg/次,1次/d。3个月后,观察血压、24h尿蛋白定量(urinepro-tein,Upr)、尿红细胞计数(urinaryredbloodcell,URBC)、血甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、总胆固醇(totalcholesterol,TC)、血浆白蛋白(albumin,Alb)、血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alaninetransaminase,ALT)、血白细胞(whitebloodcell,WBC)计数和血清肌酐(serumcreatinine,Scr)等指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者Upr、URBC、Scr等指标水平均比治疗前降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组血压、Upr、URBC、Scr等指标水平明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时,两组患者治疗后Alb水平均比治疗前显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组Alb水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火把花根片和厄贝沙坦联合治疗能有效地降低IgA肾病患者的血压及Upr、血尿等促使IgA肾痛病情进展的危险因素,从而改善IgA肾病病情或延缓IgA肾病发展。
Objective： To observe the effects of factors of IgA nephropathy. Methods： Sixty-two divided into control group and treatment group. Huobahuagen Tablets combined with irbesartan on the risk patients diagnosed as IgA nephropathy were randomly Thirty patients in the control group were treated with Huobahuagen Tablets （5 tablets pot. i. d. ）, and 32 patients in the treatment group were treated with irbesartan （150 to 300 mg po q. d. ）, besides the same treatment as the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the levels of blood pressure （BP）, 24 h urine protein （Upr）, urinary red blood cells （URBC）, blood triglycerides （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, albumin （ AIb）, alanine transaminase （ALT）, white blood cells （WBC） and serum creatinine （Scr） were observed. Results： After treatment, the levels of Upr, URBC and Scr in both groups were decreased, as compared with those before treatment （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, and the levels of BP, Upr, URBC and Scr in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. The levels of AIb in both groups were increased, as compared with those before treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01 ）, and the level of AIb in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huobahuagen Tablets, when used together with irbesartan, may improve the renal function of the patients with IgA nephropathy and slow the deterioration of the disease by reducing BP, Upr, URBC and Scr.
