摘要
护理人员对护理专业发展感到困惑,护理工作量大、要求高,使得护士产生工作疲惫感,护士工作、生活不规律导致护理队伍不稳定,科主任负责制的产生削弱了护理管理者的权限,护理人员的劳动报酬相对降低挫伤了其工作积极性,护士队伍年轻化、学历低等自身因素影响了护理专业发展。面对护理队伍存在的问题,护理管理者在思索中不断规范和发展护理队伍,不同年龄、性格的护士以不同的心态对待护理工作。提示护理管理者要加强护士人文素质的培养,克服消极情绪,要着眼于护理专业的长远发展,利用各种渠道宣传护理学科,正确面对各种变化,促进护理专业的发展。
Nursing staff is puzzled by the development of nursing profession ,which manifest in the following aspects,such as heavy nursing workloads and high requirements result in nurses' burnout,the ruleless work and life lead to the instability of nurses team,the presence of the director responsible system minifies nursing administrator's rights,the relative decreasing of reward frustrate nurses' working enthusiasm,and the factors in themselves such as juvenility and low education level affect the development of nursing profession. Facing these problems, nursing administrators should standardize and develop nurses team constantly,enhance the cultivation of nurses' humanism quality,help them to overcome various negative emotions and focus on the long term development of nursing profession, propagandize nursing profession through various channels and means,cope with various changes and promote the development of nursing profession,
