摘要
论文通过对“职业高原”的概念、分类、产生原因、对人的影响等方面的阐述,分析了信息时代图书馆员“职业高原”现象产生的历史与现实原因,并针对这些现象和原因,提出了切实可行的解决措施和策略。
By means of elaborating the approximately idea,classification,appearance reason,the effect of man and so on,this paper analyses the historical and actual reasons of the phenomena of “Profession highland” of librarians in the information age.Aiming at these phenomena and reasons,it proposes the practicable settlement step and tactics also.
