摘要
组织是一种资源,组织的结构决定了信息在组织内的传递和分享机制、资源在组织内的配置方式和途径,最终体现为组织的效率和能力,直接关系着技术创新战略实施的效果。技术创新战略是动态的,组织模式必须与战略的调整相适应。结构不支持战略时,就要进行组织模式的变革,结构既是问题又是方法。
Organization is a sort of resource. The organization structure determines the mechanism of information transferring and information sharing and the collocating mode and approach of resources inside the organization. The organization structure finally embodies in organization efficiency and organization ability, determining the strategy implementation of technology innovation. Technology innovation strategy is dynamic and the organization structure must be adapted to it. It will be transformed when the structure can't match the innovation strategy. Not only is the structure a problem but also a method.
