摘要
中高温工质HTR02在工质热物性、材料相容性、油溶性、环保指标等方面的综合性能优越,为适用于中高温热泵的新型工质。本文介绍了使用该工质的小型水源热泵实验机组以及大型水源热泵机组的热工性能试验,并进行了误差和机组性能分析,并对比了试验热泵机组和现场大型水源热泵机组的性能,结果表明机组具有较高的性能系数,能够稳定产生70℃左右的热水,实用性良好。
The new moderately high temperature refrigerant HTR02 has comprehensive advantages in such aspects as refrigerant thermodynamic properties, material compatibility, oil resolvability and environmental indexes, being applicable to moderately high temperature heat pump. In this paper, thermodynamic performances of HTR02 are investigated on both experimental and large - scale water source heat pumps; furthermore, the measurement error analysis and heat pump performance analysis are made. By comparing the performances of the experimental and the large- scale heat pumps, the resets show that heat pumps using HTR02 can obtain high COP (Coegicient of Performance ) and produce steadily hot water at 70℃ temperature; Meanwhile, to utilize fully the advantages of HTR02, the design of heat pump using HTR02 should be optimized in engineering.
