摘要
通过焙烧云母粉的白度测试,对其净化处理工艺条件进行了研究。利用排列组合和正交手段进行实验,得其较佳工艺参数。经三次净化后,云母原矿粉的焙烧白度由32.9提高到48.8。三次精制云母粉的焙烧白度比一次精制的,仅提高了3.5。
Purification conditions of mica powders in pearly pigments were studied by measuring whiteness of calcined mica powders. Permutation and combination methods or orthohomhic experiments were carried out. As far as the exparimental results were concerned, it was determined by the best parameters. After three treatments, the whiteness of calcined mica powders is increased from 32.9 to 48.8. The whiteness of calcined mica powders in three refination is more 3.5 than that in one refination.
