摘要
根据永磁无刷电动机制动过程PWM控制的开关管的方式不同,可以分为半桥调制制动方式和全桥调制制动方式。针对这两种不同的制动方式,应用状态方程和逆变器-电机系统状态图比较分析其各自的续流过程和充电过程,并以实验验证。分析和实验结果表明,采用上下桥臂同时斩波的全桥调制方式具有更高的制动效率和更小的制动转矩脉动,更加适用于电动汽车工况。
According to the different PWM module in regeneration of brushless PM motor, there are two kinds of modulation, half bridge modulation and whole bridge modulation. To give a whole comparison and analyze to the two kinds of modulation, this paper presents a method using the state equations and state sketch of inverter and motor system, by which this paper analyzes the current continue and charge procession, and establishes the conclusion by experiment. Based on the experiment result, it comes to the conclusion that efficiency is higher and current peak value lower when the whole bridge modulation is taken, and the modulation is more suitable to regeneration used in electric vehicle.
