摘要
目的探讨抗氰戊菊酯淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)的抗性谱和抗性遗传方式。方法利用浸渍法测定淡色库蚊抗氰戊菊酯品系和敏感品系Ⅳ龄幼虫对啶虫脒、阿维菌素、吡虫啉、多杀菌素、茚虫威和锐劲特的敏感性,并通过正交、反交和回交试验做进一步的抗性遗传分析。结果抗氰戊菊酯的淡色库蚊对啶虫脒、阿维菌素、吡虫啉、多杀菌素、茚虫威和锐劲特均无交互抗性;抗性遗传分析表明,淡色库蚊对氰戊菊酯的抗性是不完全显性、多基因控制的常染色体遗传。结论淡色库蚊对氰戊菊酯的抗性性状容易遗传给后代,影响蚊虫的抗性治理,在外环境用氰戊菊酯防制成蚊时,应注意合理用药,以延缓抗性的产生和发展。
Objective To test the cross-resistance spectrum and the genetic character of fenvalerate-resistant Culex pipiens pallens. Methods Larvae soaking method was applied to study the fourth nymphs of fenvalerate resistant and susceptible strains to acetamiprid, imidacloprid, ahamectin, spinosad, indoxacarh and fipronil. The resistance inhrtitance was analyzed through reciprocal crosses and hackcross. Results Fenvalerate had no cross-resistance to these six insecticides in Cx. pipiens pallens ; two or more autosomal genes to fenvalerate confer resistance in Cx. pipiens pallens with a incompletely dominant genetic characteristic. Conclusion It is easy for Cx. pipiens pallens to pass resistance down to the offspring, which challenges the resistance management strategy. Therefore, in order to delay the resistance evolution, it is necessary to use the fenvalerate reasonably when it is applied to control mosquitoes in the field.
