摘要
采用重熔稀释法原位制备了TiC陶瓷颗粒增强的镁基复合材料。显微组织观察和XRD分析发现原位制备的增强相颗粒细小,分散均匀。阻尼研究表明,由于TiC的加入,复合材料的阻尼相对纯镁有所下降,但是热处理可以提高复合材料的阻尼性能。
It is important by in-situ synthesis method to fabricate magnesium matrix composites. In-situ synthesis of magnesium matrix composites reinforced with TiC ceramics by remelting and diluting method was studied in the paper. It was found through microstructure observation and XDR analysis that the fine reinforcements dispersed uniformly in magnesium matrix composites. It was indicated that the damping capacity of magnesium matrix composites was less than that of pure magnesium due to the addition of TiC, but the damping capacity of magnesium matrix composites can be enhanced by heat treatment.
