锂离子电池正极材料LiAl_yCo_(1-y)O_2的制备及其性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation and Performance of LiAl_yCo_(1-y)O_2 as Cathode Material of Li-ion Battery

摘要 用高温固相法制备了锂离子电池正极材料LiAlyCo1-yO2。掺杂前后该材料的物理性能无太大变化;利用XRD与能谱仪观察到了铝元素的特征峰。通过对电化学性能的研究,发现其电化学比容量明显高于原始的钴酸锂,但其循环性能下降;当铝的掺杂量增加时,复合物的放电时间明显减少;实验得出铝元素的摩尔掺杂量为0.10时各方面性能最佳。 LiAlyCo1-yO2 as cathode matenat of lithium ion battery was prepared by solid phase reaction ar high temperature. Its physical properties were no effect after doping; XRD and energy spectrum analyzer showed characteristic peak of Al.Trough studying electrochemical performance,results showed its specific capacity was higher than LiCoO2's patently,but its cycling performance was descending; When the amount of adulteration increased,discharge time of the compound decreased patendly; Drawing conclusion from experiment that different performance was optimum when doping mol amount of Al was 0.10.
