Robust design and implementation for multivariate quality characteristics

摘要 多元质量特性稳健设计的关键在于既要确定多个质量特性整体波动的质量,又要建立方便,实用的实现途径的特点,给出多元质量特性稳健设计的一般模型,然后利用信息论中“熵”的概念和多元统计的结果,建立多元质量特性稳健设计波动源的度量准则和便于操作的实施程序。利用内、外表直积法,通过仿真分析给出了实现多元质量特性稳健设计的实施过程,结果表明该方法是可行、有效的。 A general model of multivariate robust design is introduced first. Then a measurement criterion for the total variation of multivariate quality characteristics is proposed by the results of information theory and multivariate statistics. The t criterion for the multivariate robust design can be regarded as an extension of univariate S/N ratio, which is proposed by Taguchi. Following that a 7-step implementation procedure in robust design is also presented. On the bases of those, a simulation case study is provided for explaining how to use the implementation method, And finally, some comments and the further work are discussed.
