摘要
研究了化学镀(Ni—P)—MoS_2复合镀层的工艺及镀层性能,结果表明,选用适宜的表面活性剂能促进微粒的共沉积,在适当的工艺参量下可获得高微粒含量的复合镀层。MoS_2微粒的嵌入,虽可导致镀层硬度降低,但能显著改善镀层的摩擦性能。
The technology and coating properties of electroless plating (Ni-P)-MoS2 composite coating have been investigated. The results shown that good surfactant can promote codeposition of MoS2 particles and composite coating contained much particles can been obtained at proper technical parameters. Although the dispersion of MoS2 particles in the Ni-P alloy can cause the reduction of coating hardness, frictional property of coating can been improved remarkably.
