摘要
对20份N5088S变异单株(有芒及繁殖时的低结实株)二年三季的跟踪考查结果表明,N5088S变异株的不育性和育性转换特性与典型的N5088S单株相近,其杂种后代(与R187杂交)的优势没有受到影响。有芒株可以通过严格选择淘汰,繁殖时的低结实株,在原种生产阶段进行取舍。
The shadowed examining result in two year and three crops to 20 Japonica photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile line N5088S variant plants(awned and lower setting percentage during the reproduction) indicated: the sterility and fertility transformation property was nearer to the typical N5088S single plant. It had not influence the vigor of its hybrid progeny(crossed with R187). The awned plant could be culled through strict selection. It could be conduced to increase the seed purity deciding to choose to lower setting plant in pedigree seed production stage.
