摘要
食品污染包括很多,黄曲霉毒素的污染是其中比较突出的一种。就黄曲霉毒素在中国食品的污染和监测情况,及有关黄曲霉毒素预防控制措施进行简要评述。
Aflatoxin contamination is one of the most important contaminations in the food contamination. In this paper, aflatoxin contamination monitoring and assessment in China were summarized. Meanwhile, preventive measures of aflatoxin were reviewed.
