细胞外信号调节激酶在胃癌与癌旁组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 采用免疫组织化学、RT-PCR方法,对13例正常胃黏膜、17例胃癌及胃癌旁组织中细胞外信号调节激酶1(ERK 1)的表达进行检测。结果显示,ERK 1以胞质表达为主,部分细胞呈核浆型表达。在正常胃黏膜、胃癌旁及胃癌组织中,ERK 1的表达呈逐级递增趋势(P<0.01)。认为ERK 1及其介导的信号通路的过度活化可能与胃癌的发生密切相关。
