摘要
本文通过介绍澳大利亚、英国和美国等几个国家科研资助机构开展的学科评估工作,讨论了学科评估的目的与范围,组织与结果以及方法等问题,最后提出了学科评估对我国科研管理工作的启示和借鉴意义。
The paper gives an overall review of discipline - based pmgram evaluation at foreign governmental research funding agencies on Australia, UK and USA, including purpose and area, organization and result as well as method of discipline - based program evaluation, and so on. As a conclusion it gives some suggestions about the management of science research in China.
