摘要
随着社会生活水平的提高,体育运动日益为人民钟爱。然而体育运动欣欣向荣发展同时,与之相关的问题,矛盾也如冰山浮水般暴露出来,其中一个重要概念即体育法律关系主体资格有待理论界做出探讨,从传统意义上的民事、行政等法律关系论述着手,先后按体育法,体育法关系及体育法律关系主体资格逻辑递进,进一步展开论述,以期能对体育法律关系主体资格这一重大问题阐明自己的看法。
With the development of the level of social life, sports and physical activities become more and more popular among the people. However, certain number of problems and conflicts in relation to sports also emerged. Accordingly it is necessary to perform an in-depth discussion on the concept of main-bedy qualification in sport law relationship. In the perspective of civil law and administration law, this research explored the concept of main-bedy following from the logical analysis of sports law, sports law relationship, in order to contribute to the research and literature of soort law relationshio.
