摘要
通过实施继续教育学分制与奖惩相联系,提高了护理队伍的整体素质,促进了护理质量的提高。作者介绍了主要做法及体会:①领导重视是实施继续教育学分制的前提;②强化管理是实施继续教育学分制的关键;③实施继续教育学分制是提高护理队伍整体素质的有效措施。同时,作者也提出了需要进一步把握的问题,尤其注意把握学分管理方法的可行性和制定目标的科学性,使学分制真正起到激励作用,取得较好的远期效果。
The article describes the main aspects of the credit system in continuing nursing care education:great importance of leaders' concern and attention to this work; interrelationship with the system of rewards and penalties: high effectiveness in improving the quality of the nursing staff as whole; and feasible management methods, incentive mechanisms and scientific targets system designed to ensure long - term maintenance and further progress in professional achievements.
