摘要
利用有限元软件对薄膜残余应力进行了分析与计算,并与理论计算结果进行对比,说明所建立的模型是合理的。
The residual stress in thin film is calculated and analyzed. The calculated result is compared with the theory result, which indicates that the model is reasonable.
