摘要
研究了铜、钴、镍和锌与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚形成稳定的络合物的条件及吸收光谱特性以及硫脲对络合物影响.结果表明:在pH 4.5的丙酮介质中,以试样褪色空白为参比实现了在钴、镍、锌共存下的微量铜的测定,其最大吸收波长为555 nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.4×104L.mol-1.cm-1.
This paper studies the formation conditions of steady complex of copper, cobalt, nickel and zinc with 1 -(2- Pyridylazo) -2 -naphthol and the characteristic of absorption spectrum. The influence of thiourea on the complex is also touched upon. It is shown from the study that the micro - quantity copper, which exists together with zinc, cobalt and nickel in acetone of pH = 4.5, can be determined with reference to the sample un- dertint solution. The maximum absorption wavelength is 555nm and the Mole absorption coefficient is 2.4×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1.
