摘要
从石油安全的角度研究了以气代油的主要方向,分析了六大区域天然气市场发展前景,探讨了未来15～20年天然气市场供应格局,并对新兴天然气市场力量作了深入调研究。在此基础上,通过对天然气市场供需进行系统分析,从建设天然气工业体系的战略高度提出了政策法规建议。
Considering the oil security, the major way of substituting oil with gas is studied. The developing prospect of gas markets is analyzed for the 6 large regions. The supplying situation of gas markets is discussed for the coming 15 -20 years. And the growing force of gas markets is researched deeply. Based on the above-mentioned activities, with the systematical analysis of gas supply and demand, the suggestions about policy and regulations are proposed from the strategic opinion to establish gas industrial system.
