摘要
探讨了目前薄层色谱法检测有关物质时存在的问题。建议采用系列对照(品)溶液进行梯度点样,并应有杂质数目、最大杂质量限度、总杂质量限度的规定;同时应在质量标准中增加系统适用性试验项目。
The problem of determenation of the related substances by TLC was discussed. The suggestions were made on the application of the reference solution series, prescription of the number of impurities, the limit of the highest impurity, the amount of the tital impurities and system suitability test should be described in the specification.
