摘要
目的:探讨大肠癌组织多药耐药基因(mdr1)表达与大肠癌病理学特性之间的关系。方法:使用免疫组化方法检测60例大肠癌和12例癌旁正常组织mdr1产物P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的表达情况。结果:大肠癌组织中的mdr1基因产物P-gp表达39例,阳性率65%,明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异显著(P<0.05)。按照AJCC的TNxM分期,x≥2的病例与x<2的病例P-gp表达阳性率之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),而P-gp表达与分化程度、浸润深度、Dukes分期、大体类型之间均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:大肠癌组织的P-gp表达阳性率高于癌旁正常组织。mdr1基因产物P-gp的表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移呈正相关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between P-glyeoprotein (P-gp) expression and pathological factors in human eolorectal cancer. Methods: P-gp expressions in cancer tissues from 60 cases of eoloreetal cancer and in peritumor tissues from 12 eases were determined by using S-P immunohistochemieal method. Results: The positive rate of P-gp expression in eoloreetal cancer tissues (65% , 39 of 60 cases) was higher than that in peritumor tissues(25% , 3 of 12 cases, P 〈 0. 05). The positive rate of P-gp expression in the group of x≥2 lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the group of x 〈 2 ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no close relationship between the level of P-gp expression and clinical factors, such as the degree of differentiation, the depth of infiltration, Dukes stage, and gross appearance in coloreetal cancer ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion: Expression of P-gp may play some role in the development of human colorectal cancer.
