摘要
本文报告了１２５只烧伤手后期的并发症及其康复治疗情况。手烧伤康复可分为两个阶段，早期（烧伤治疗期）康复是配合临床，预防感染，促使伤口迅速愈合，控制水肿，维持肢体正确体位，使烧伤后遗症减少到最小程度；后期（愈合期或手术后期）康复目标是减少瘢痕挛缩，增大关节全范围活动度，最大限度地减少手功能障碍。作者强调指出：康复应贯穿手烧伤的整个治疗过程，康复在手烧伤治疗中具有重要作用。
The
complications of 125 burnt hands and its rehabilitation care was
applied.The rehabilitation can be divided into two stages:the
early(acute)stage,and the later healing(post-surgery)stage.The aims
of early stage are:ensure rapid healing of the burn wound by an
appropriate method,reduce oedema,maintain the hand in correct
position.The aims of rehabilitation are:minimize the resultant
scaring and contracture deformity to restore the best function.
Rehabilitation care is essential if maxium mobility and function of
