摘要
研究了渗剂中加入稀土化合物和几种常用催渗剂,对钢的固体低温N—C共渗效果的影响。结果表明:在主渗剂(混合碳粉和尿素)中,加入7%的稀土化合物(混合氟化稀土),可显著提高钢件渗层厚度(38CrMoAl的化合物层厚可达27μm,扩散层为300~350μm)且可改善沙层性能(耐磨性、耐蚀性等)。
With optical microscope,microhardorneter,X-ray diffractometer and wearing tester,the influences of Re chemical compound on the effects of pack carbonitriding are studied.The results show that the properties of the pack carbonitriding agent(contained mixed carbon powder and urea-main penetrating agent,adding 7% Re fluoride)is good,and the penetrating thickness is considerable.Taking 38CrMoAl steel as an example,the compound layer thickness reaches 27pm,diffusion layer 300~350μm,and its resistances to abrasion and corrosion are excellent
