摘要
硫酸软骨素在硫酸溶液中加热水解生成等摩尔数的葡萄糖醛酸,与咔唑溶液发生缩合反应生成紫红色化合物,经分光光度法测定其最大吸收波长为520 nm,线性范围为0~0.30 g/L(r=0.9998),回收率为99.10% ,相对标准偏差为0.91% .
To determine mass concentration of chondroitin sulfate , a new spectrophotometry is presented using carbazole. Chondroitin sulfate was hydrolyzed to produce a equal mole glucuronic acid product in hot sulfuric acid. The glucuronic acid was colored by carbazole. The colored solution has a maximum absorption peak at 520nm,its linear concentration is 0-0.30 g/L. The produt average recovery is 99. 10%, the relative standard deviation is 0.91%.
