摘要
无论是在革命战争年代还是在社会主义建设的和平时期,由于中国共产党始终把自主创新作为自己的基本方针,使中国的革命和建设取得了伟大的成就。特别是新中国成立后的50多年里,党的领导人为此进行了艰辛的探索,他们分别对自主创新的重要性、创新与学习的关系、科技创新等做了具体的论述,逐步形成了中国特色的自主创新理论,对中国科学技术事业的迅速崛起起到了巨大的指导作用。
No matter in the revolutionary war period or in the peacetime of socialist construction, having taken independent innovation as its basic guideline, Chinese Communist Party made great achievements both in the resolution and construction. Especially during the period of more than 50 years since the foundation of People＇s Republic of China, the leaders of Chinese Communist Party tried hard to explore corresponding suitable ways and theories. They discoursed upon in detail the importance of independent innovation, the relation between innovation and study, and the innovation in science and technology, etc. With this effort, the theory of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics is formed, and it successfully directed Chinese science and technology project to a rapid development.
