摘要
对海藻酸钠的提取新工艺进行探索研究,通过实验结果的分析,得出了比较理想的海藻酸钠的提取新工艺。本文介绍了膜分离技术在海藻酸钠提取工艺中的应用。将膜处理技术合理应用到海藻酸钠提取工艺中,可以降低生产过程中的能耗,降低对海藻酸钠纯度和粘度没有贡献的杂质含量,提高海藻酸钠产品质量。
This paper proposes the advanced extraction technology of the sodium alginate. By experiments, some research works have been done and the best condition was obtained. Appropriate use of membrane separation technology in the sodium alginate production processes can lower energy consumption,decrease content of impurities that have little to do with purity and mucosity properties of sodium alginate and thus improve sodium alginate products quality.
