摘要
目的研究天南星[Arisaemaerubescens(wall.)schott]的黄酮类化学成分。方法采用大孔吸附树脂吸附、聚酰胺、sephadexLH-20等为填料的柱色谱以及制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术等进行结构鉴定。结果从天南星乙醇提取物中分离得到6个黄酮类化合物,并鉴定其结构:夏佛托苷(1);异夏佛托苷(2);芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯糖8-C-半乳糖苷(3);芹菜素-6-C-半乳糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷(4);芹菜素-6,8-二-C-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5);芹菜素-6,8-二-C-半乳糖苷(6)。结论该6个化合物均为首次从该属植物中得到。
OBJFCTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Arisaema erubescens (Wall.)Schott. METHODS Chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate the constituents and elucidate their structures. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated from EtOH extract of the rhizoma of A. erubescens (Wall.) Schott, and identified as schaftoside( 1 ) ; isoschaftoside(2) ; apigenin-6- C-galactosyl-8- C-arabinoside( 3 ) ; apigenin-6- C-arabinosyl-8- C-galactoside(4 ) ; apigenin-6,8-di- C-β- D-glucopyranoside and apigenin-6( 5 ) ; 8-di- C-β- D-galactoside (6) .CONCLUSION Six compounds are the first report in Arisaema genus.
