摘要
使用ＥＢ病毒编码的潜在膜蛋白ＬＭＰ－１对３３例何杰金病瘤组织进行了免疫组化检测。结果发现：１９例ＬＭＰ－１阳性（５７．６％），其中混合细胞型阳性率最高，达７１％，其次为结节硬化型，为４４％；１４岁以下和１４岁以上两个年龄组患者阳性率无明显差别。结果提示：何杰金病与ＥＢ病毒感染有较密切的关系，其中又以混合细胞型与ＥＢ病毒关系最为密切。
Thirty-three cases of Hodgkin's disease were studied by immunohistochemistry for Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)encoded latent membrane protein-1 (LMP-1).LMP-1 was demonstrated in 19 cases (57.6%).The prevalence of EBV varied between different subtypes : 71% of mixed cellularity cases were found to be positive in contrast with 44% of nodular sclerosis. There was no significant difference in LMP-1 positivity between the under 14 years old group and over l4 years old group.These results indicated that Hodgkin's disease is strongly linked to EBV. Mixed cellular subtype of Hodgkin's disease had the strongest association with EBV among all subtypes.
