摘要
阐述了新型8位LED显示驱动芯片MAX7219在DXD系列全自动包装机上的应用,以及其工作原理和软、硬件的设计方法。针对该系列机型工作不稳的现象,设计了几种消除干扰的措施,经过十几个厂家的生产考核,证明本设计是可行的,使得该系列包装机的控制可靠性和稳定性得到了很大提高,初步试验证明,采用该设计可以提高生产率8%以上。
The paper introduced the application of a new type of 8 - bit LED display control driver MAX7219 in DXD packaging machine and its working principle. At the same time, the designing method for hardware and software was indicated. This serial packaging machine was unstable during working, so we designed several measures to eliminate interference and the design has been checked by more than ten plants. The practice proves that the design is feasible, and the control reliability and stability of the packaging machine was improved greatly. The elementary experiments indicated that adopting this design, the increase of productivity was more than 8%.
