摘要
介绍了梅山尾矿浓缩小型试验和扩大连续试验的情况。试验结果表明,采用絮凝剂和深锥浓密机,可有效提高梅山尾矿浓缩的底流浓度和处理能力。通过对试验结果进行分析,提出了应用深锥浓密机结合絮凝沉降处理梅山尾矿的可行性,并对应用25 m深锥浓密机改造梅山尾矿浓缩系统进行了方案讨论。
The batch scale test and pilot test on Meishan tailings thickening are described, The test results show that the application of flocculant and deep-cone thickener can effectively improve the thickening underflow concentration of Meisban tailings and throughput. Through the analysis and the test results, it is concluded that it is feasible to use deep cone thickener in combination with flocculation settlement to treat Meishan railings. Discussion is also made of the scheme of transforming the thickening system of Meishan railings by applying Ф25 m deep-cone thickener.
